VibePrompt Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for using VibePrompt ("Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the AI coding tool prompt gallery and related supplementary services provided by VibePrompt.
  • "User" refers to both members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has registered and created an account with the Service.
  • "Prompt" refers to text commands that can be used with AI coding tools.
  • "Premium Member" refers to a member who has obtained access to premium content through paid subscription.

    • Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

  • These Terms become effective by posting on the Service screen or notifying users through other methods.
  • The Service may modify these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws if there is a reasonable cause.
  • In case of modifications, notice will be given at least 7 days in advance; for changes unfavorable to users, 30 days in advance.

    • Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account)

  • Membership registration is conducted through Google social login.
  • Members must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Members must not share their account information with others.

    • Article 5 (Use of Service)

  • The Service is divided into free and paid services (Premium).
  • Free members have limited access to prompts.
  • Premium members have unlimited access to all prompts.

    • Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

  • Premium service provides lifetime access through a one-time payment.
  • Payments are processed through TossPayments.
  • Refund Policy: Full refund within 7 days of payment if premium content has not been used

    • Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  • Copyright and intellectual property rights of content within the Service belong to the service provider.
  • Users may only use prompts for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Copyright of results generated by users using prompts belongs to the users.

    • Article 8 (User Obligations)

    Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Stealing others' information or registering false information
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Commercial activities using the Service (without separate agreement)
  • Unauthorized crawling or scraping of Service content

    • Article 9 (Member Withdrawal)

  • Members may request withdrawal at any time.
  • Upon withdrawal, personal information will be anonymized, and data for statistical purposes may be retained.

    • Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  • The service provider is not responsible for service interruption due to natural disasters or force majeure.
  • Users are responsible for results generated using prompts.

    • Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  • In case of disputes related to Service use, resolution will be sought through consultation between the parties.
  • Courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction over lawsuits related to these Terms.
